Il s’agit de cours dédiés exclusivement aux techniques de combats et de Self Defense. Ces cours sont dispensés dans un encadrement pédagogique, et d’un enseignement modélisé permettant l’émergence d’une véritable pratique sécurisée et de passages de grades amenant jusqu’à la ceinture noire pour toutes et tous.
La fédération propose de nombreux stages et compétitions (Coupes de France et Championnats de France) pour chacune des disciplines. Fort de ce cadre rigoureux, et particulièrement soucieux de l’intégrité des pratiquants, ce cours n’est ouvert qu’à des gens attirés par les sports de combat et incarnant l’esprit respectueux des arts martiaux.
